However, if you have already enrolled in a course, the price you paid at the time of enrollment remains valid. Custom packages may be created for corporate clients or group learners upon request.

2. Payment Methods

We accept multiple payment methods, including Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Bank Transfers, and popular online payment platforms like PayPal and Razorpay. Full payment must be made at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing for specific cases (e.g., corporate clients).For installment plans (if applicable), payments must be completed as per the agreed schedule, and access to course materials may be restricted in case of delay or non-payment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchasing any course or service if you are not satisfied. Please contact our support team for assistance. After 7 days, no refunds will be granted. In case of a course cancellation by Future Frames/ Future Frames Studio, 5eMediaMastery.com or VideoMakingSkills.com, a full refund will be provided. Once Challenge courses scheduled on particular dates before 7 days of scheduled only refund available. 

4. Discounts & Offers

Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned. Special offers and coupon codes must be applied at checkout and will not be retroactively applied to previous purchases.
